Overview
Our vacuum peat harvester collects milled peat directly from the surface of the peat field using an efficient vacuum collection system. Proprietary optimized nozzles provide up to 30% higher collection efficiency compared to conventional peat harvesting solutions.
Sealed welds and full factory testing before delivery ensure the machine is ready to work from day one. On-site installation takes no more than two days.

Higher Suction Performance Thanks to Proprietary Nozzles
Design
Proprietary polymer-composite nozzles handle roots and stumps with ease.
The tank is additionally welded at critical joints to ensure maximum airtightness and stable vacuum performance.
Aluminium and stainless steel reduce tractor load and improve field mobility.
Fully assembled and factory-tested before every delivery.
Installation manual included. Technical support available when needed.

We will recommend the right configuration and prepare a quotation tailored to your project.
Installed behind the peat harvester and operates during collection. It turns the next layer of peat, preparing it for the next harvesting cycle. Reduces the need for a separate peat turner in the field, lowering operating costs and improving collection efficiency. Requires an additional 15 kW of tractor power.
Installed on the vacuum system fan. Separates larger peat dust particles, significantly reducing emissions to the environment. Requires an additional 7 kW of tractor power.
Mechanical Harvesting
Designed for harvesting lowland black peat. With a weight of just ~5 tonnes, it delivers reliable mobility where heavier machines get stuck.
30 m³ Capacity
1.4 m Working Width
~5,000 kg
Overview
Peat is collected by a 1.0 m scraper conveyor with a 1.4 m working width. The drive system is fully hydraulic and does not require a PTO, providing smooth speed control and high reliability.
Wireless control allows the operator to manage unloading and machine functions directly from the tractor cab. The modular design enables conversion between mechanical and vacuum harvesting configurations when required.
Significantly lower investment cost than imported alternatives.
Simple hydraulics and minimal wear parts.
Can be converted between mechanical and vacuum configurations.
Design
Reliable operation on wet and soft ground.
No PTO required — reliable and easy to maintain.
The operator controls the machine directly from the tractor cab.
Maximum mobility on all ground conditions.
Can be converted to a vacuum harvesting configuration when required.
A fraction of the cost of imported machines.
About Us
Kruviks OÜ was founded in Estonia in 1996. Our core business is mechanical engineering and the manufacture of custom industrial equipment. For more than 30 years, we have specialised in equipment for peat harvesting and processing, designing, manufacturing and continuously improving our machines in our own production facilities covering approximately 3,000 m² near Tallinn.
Our peat harvesters are exported to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and other European countries. Every machine is fully assembled and tested at our factory before delivery to the customer.
